Roofing
Our services cover a wide range of roofs from conventional tiled roofs to asphalt, lead, H.P felt and hydrotech finishes. We undertake jobs of all sizes from minor repairs to complete new roof or resurfacing.

Project: Roof repairs and fascia works
Duration: 10 Weeks

Stage 1
Erect scaffold for access to fascia elevations and roof.

Stage 2
Strip out box gutters, form new box gutters and cover with 3 layer High Performance felt.

Stage 3
Overhaul tiled roof and secure or replace slipped or missing tiles.

Stage 4
Dismantle and remove external mechanical fascia blinds

Stage 5
Wash down fascia cladding and louvers. Install bird control prevention measures. Clean windows and strike scaffold.

Bedford Row EC1
Project: New asphalt roof, internal and external decoration
Duration: 6 Weeks

Stage 1
Erect scaffold to external elevation and form temporary roof. Completely strip off old roof and coping stones.

Stage 2
Make structural repairs to main support beam.

Stage 3
Reinstate new ply boarding, form box gutters. Asphalt surfaces. Fit new coping stones on lead skirting.

Stage 4
Coat new asphalt with solar reflective paint, complete external repairs and decoration.
