External Works

Our external works programmes cover all types of buildings from new property to listed buildings. A fully comprehensive specification will be drafted to include all repairs to masonry, stone, brick, timber and lead.

A full programme of decoration will be scheduled, specifying materials and colours. We can arrange for scaffold or other forms of access to suit the requirements of each project.
Alarm systems can be fitted on external access scaffold for
security protection.

External Overhaul
Project: External overhaul for large converted residential block for Residents Association
Duration: 8 Weeks.

 


 

 


House Refurbishment
Project: Complete internal and external refurbishment. 16 week project. Client required house upgrading from run down letting rooms to refurbished property complying with regulations for HMO status.
Duration: 16 Weeks

Roofing – Overhaul and
replace slipped and
missing tiles. Asphalt
to flat mansards.
Lead flashing replacement. Timber repairs.
Pointing and chimney
repairs.


Stage 2
Walls and windows –
Make good and
decorate, stone

Make masonry repairs to window cills.

ease and adjust windows.
Complete external
redecoration to clients specification.
