Correct operation
of pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, fans and associated
equipment is essential to ensure safe and uninterrupted service
for water supplies, heating and ventilation. Our service department
maintain, replace and upgrade plant with minimal disruption.
In addition
to low voltage switchgear, electrical risers, power and lighting
circuits, we also maintain control panels for mechanical plant and
system controls.
Maintenance of complete ventilation systems incorporating ductwork
cleaning and monitoring of air quality form part of our service.
Our CORGI registered
engineering staff are fully conversant with commercial heating systems
and we are able to provide both maintenance and installation services
as well as landlord gas safety certification.
