Duration: 3 Weeks.

Warehouse Conversion
Project: Reduce warehouse size and reuse space to build a new kitchen and staff room
Duration: 15 days.

Stage 1: Stripout Stripout: plumbing, electrics and lighting. Stage 2: Refit Refit new electrics and lighting, plumbing, build partition walls, joinery, glazing, plumbing, plastering and painting and decorating.

Shop Refurbishment
Project: Complete refurbishment of West End Grocery Store
Duration: 12 Weeks.

Stage 1: Closure Complete strip out consisting of suspended plus original ceilings, redundant air conditioning and electrics, checkouts, shop furnishings, plumbing and lighting. Stage 2: Fit Out Ceilings, wall panelling, air conditioning, gas and plumbing, electrics and lighting, floor repairs, painting and decorating, bespoke stainless steel units, bespoke cabinet making. Stage 3: Resume Trading Resume full trading within 12 weeks.
